The Flange Bolt Cutting Saw is designed for the fast and safe removal of corroded or seized flange bolts. Instead of using multiple tools like nut splitters with varying head sizes, this single machine handles all bolt sizes up to M72, making it a cost-effective and highly versatile solution. Thanks to its lightweight, modular construction, the machine can be dismantled and carried by a single operator without the need for heavy lifting equipment. The saw is mounted easily around the flange and can be used in horizontal or vertical positions.

A handwheel-controlled feed system ensures smooth, consistent cutting speed, reducing tool wear and improving cutting performance. Operating at low speed with coolant, the machine provides cold cutting without sparks, making it ideal for sensitive or hazardous environments. It comes equipped with a pneumatic motor and must be used with the Air Safety Device to maintain CE compliance and warranty validity.
